The British Eagle Advance road bike is built around a traditional steel frame with road specific geometry- but it has a twist - it has been designed to accommodate the latest hit tech road specific disc brakes. The traditional curved blade forks reduce drag and provide a comfortable, responsive ride. The Advance is equipped with 14 speed Shimano gearing with handlebar mounted Shimano SiS thumb shifters providing a smooth shifting action through the shimano derailleurs. The wheels are constructed with deep section rims to provide strength and rigidity whilst keeping weight down. The front and rear cable operated disc brakes provide reliable braking in all conditions and make removing wheels a doddle.
