Power over Ethernet (PoE) support This D-Link DGS-1210-28P features 24 PoE ports. They provide either up to 30W on 4 ports, 15.4W on 12 ports or 7.5W on 24 ports. This gives administrators the flexibility to connect 802.3af compliant devices such as network cameras and IP phones, as well as 802.3at pre-standard equipment such as 802.11n Access Points. Uniquely, the PoE function is programmable, so power can be cut at certain times to save energy. Seamless Integration This D-Link DGS-1210-28P includes 24 10/100/1000 Mbps ports capable of connecting to existing Cat.5 twisted-pair cables and the last four ports of this D-Link DGS-1210-28P combine SFP and copper connectivity into one port to provide a flexible solution for server connections via fiber interface. Using the default presets, the administrator can quickly set up the switch without worrying about reconfiguring any settings and providing easy access for the user.
