Cooking over four infinitely adjustable stainless steel burners, the enamelled cast iron grills are perfect for heating-through meats and vegetables whilst the recessed side burner is on hand for cooking sauces or side dishes. A double walled, stainless steel hood retains heat while protecting the exterior from heat tarnishing. There are even enamelled flame tamers which help to prevent flare-up and promote flavour. A lid thermometer helps you keep an eye on cooking progress while the warming rack is perfect for keeping sausages and buns warm. This model even includes a hotplate and is fitted with the new power thermal spreading system (PTS) for maximum cooking efficiency. Using the Avalon 4.1 is easy with an electronic ignition and LED illuminated controls. And with four smooth running casters, two of which are lockable, and a storage unit, this barbecue makes the perfect outdoor cooking station. Please note: gas fittings or sources for gas barbecues are not included. Manufacturers recommend that you should safely leak test all gas connections on your new grill before use.
