The Landmann Avalon 6.1+ is your complete outdoor kitchen. With features such as a granite work surface and tool and paper roll holders, you'll have the ultimate barbecuing experience. Cooking over four infinitely adjustable stainless steel burners, the enamelled cast iron grills are perfect for heating-through meats and vegetables whilst the recessed side burner is on hand for cooking sauces or side dishes. Also found under the hood and over the grill is a rotisserie with electric motor and two skewer holders. There is even an infrared bottom burner and infrared back burner for quick heating and skewer cooking. A double walled and front panel made from stainless steel retains heat while protecting the exterior from heat tarnishing. And enamelled flame tamers help to prevent flare-up and promote flavour. A lid thermometer helps you keep an eye on cooking progress while an integrated digital thermometer measures the core temperature with sensor and preset measurement times. This model even includes a hotplate and is fitted with the new power thermal spreading system (PTS) for maximum cooking efficiency.
