The boxy styling and stainless steel finish of the Siemens LC77BE532B chimney cooker hood brings industrial design to the domestic kitchen. This 70cm-wide hood offers a wall-mounted, low-noise unit suitable for air extraction or recirculation. Extraction The hood has three-stage control plus boost setting. This highest extraction rate temporarily kicks in when kitchen vapour is especially intense. The system automatically reverts to normal settings after six minutes of high-intensity operation. On this boost setting, the hood extracts air at a rate of 680m³/h, at 58dB. Lighting Energy-saving LED lighting illuminates the stove top, operated by touch-sensitive controls. The hood has easily removable metal grease filters that can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Installation Installation of this hood must be carried out by a qualified engineer. It is designed for Wall mounting and the chimney section of the hood is supplied with a wall fixing system. Air circulation mode The hood can be converted to run in air-circulation mode, provided there is an adequate air intake. Air circulation operation also requires an activated carbon filter.
