Siemens LC91KB672B Chimney Cooker Hood, Black Glass and Stainless Steel

Ideal for wall-mounting in smaller kitchens, the Siemens LC91KB672B cooker hood has a stainless steel box chimney and an angled, black glass canopy. The unit extracts kitchen air through the space between the hood's central panel and its frame. Operation The hood captures grease, odours and steam through a metallic grease filter cassette. A grease saturation indicator shows when the filter needs cleaning. It is easily removed and cleaned in a dishwasher. Total control Soft-touch buttons control the three-speed fan, which also has two intensive settings. When high-temperature cooking produces more fumes, one of these boost power levels kick-in to temporarily increase the extraction rate. After six minutes's high-power extraction, the hood automatically returns to the regular setting. Energy rating This Siemens hood has low-energy LED lights to illuminate the cooktop and an A rating for energy efficiency. Air circulation mode This chimney hood can be converted to run in recirculation mode, provided there is an adequate air intake. Air circulation operation also requires an activated carbon filter. A recirculation conversion kit, Siemens LZ53450 is available.
