The burner are fitted with a 'Flame Failure' Safety Device which automatically closes off the gas supply to the burner rosette if the burners flame is accidentally extinguished.The Main oven contains a substantial 75 litre capacity 'A' rated Energy Efficient Electric Fan oven.
