With a further 91 litre tall fanned oven this is perfect for batch baking as the fan enables an even temperature to reached throughout the oven it also enables different food types to be cooked at the same time without any transfer of tastes. With telescopic shelving in both ovens these are helpful when checking food during cooking as the shelves slide out smoothly to a safe point so you do not have to reach inside the hot oven.
