Freedom zone The quickest way to cook, this induction hob heats the pan and nothing else. Its large FreeZone cooking area senses pans of any size or shape anywhere on its surface, heating up in exactly the right places. Alternatively, you can split the cooking area into two individual cooking zones. Either way, you can use up to five pans anywhere, instantly, meaning economical energy usage. And there is the option of maximising the cooking area for massive pots measuring up to 45.4cm x 30cm in size. Precise temperatures From boiling ingredients to just keeping them warm: when you need repeated quick heat changes to create a dish, PowerSlide technology provides a better way of working. This system allows you to simply slide your pan from heat to heat, without stopping to adjust temperatures up and down. PowerSlide also lets you pre-set different temperatures for different zones of your hob - you can choose your own settings or use the hob's own pre-sets temperatures.
