Flexible heat The hob has two large cooking zones which each measure 40 x 20cm. All or only half of each cooking zone can be used, so accommodating very large or long pans, as well as regular, circular ones. Alternatively, each zone can be subdivided so that four small-to-medium sized pans can be heated simultaneously. Thanks to the intuitive control panel, you can select cooking zones and set the power level to one of the 17 heat settings at the slide of a finger. Fast and efficient Ultra-efficient induction works by creating a magnetic field between the hob and steel or iron pan. The heat is instant, easily controlled and energy efficient, as it heats only the pan and not the hob surface. This enhanced level of safety means that any spillages can be wiped up during cooking. Two-stage residual heat indicators provide a clear indication of when a zone is still hot after it has been turned off.
