The sophisticated, dual fuel Professional Deluxe 100 combines an imposing style with a distinctly practical purpose featuring a gas hob, contemporary handles and ergonomically designed control knobs. The mains ignition gas hob has 5 gas burners, including 1 at 3.65kW, a triple-ring wok burner and a griddle. The left hand oven is a multifunction oven offering 7 functions: Defrost Fan oven Fanned grilling Fan assisted oven Conventional oven Browning element Base heat The right hand oven is an electric fan oven and has a large capacity, perfect for catering for friends and family. There's a separate dual circuit grill where the grill pan glides out on runners for extra convenience, the cooker is height adjustable and has catalytic stay-clean liners. This appliance must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Please note that connection hoses are not supplied with cookers that use gas for this reason. Rangemaster's original range cooker, made in 1830, was a revelation to the cooking fraternity.
