This constant adjustment also aids with comfort, performance and fit to a range of foot shapes. Extra cuff protection, prevents dirt and moraine from disturbing its awesome fit.The boot boasts a Perwanger water-resistant suede upper with a Gore-Tex Performace Comfort Footwear membrane behind providing a waterproof, breathable shield. The addition of a wrap-around rand adds protection. The Vibram Pentax Precision II XT outsole reduces weight and enhances comfort with its use of PU and EVA, combined with a TPU heel insert for automatic crampon attachment.
