The Heel Tension locking system stops your ankles rolling on uneven surfaces, while the Flex Point construction allows them to nevertheless flex naturally. The elastic fabric of the Autofit Collar and the memory foam Ankle Padding work in conjunction with smooth-running Speed Lacing to fit the shape of the boot exactly to the shape of your foot: no excessive movement means no uncomfortable rubbing.As well as Active Fit Technology, Scarpa's Active Impact Technology is built into the Baltoro GTX, in the shape of the Hi Trail Fly sole unit.
