Womens Atom LT Hoody

The Women's Atom LT Hoody is a lightweight insulation piece for the active user providing insulation while ensuring mobility and a good level of breathability. Depending on the conditions this versatile jacket can be used as either a super warm midlayer or an outer layer. The outer fabric is a lightweight Ripstop Nylon that has a DWR treatment on the face and an air permeable PU coating on the inside, providing water repellency and wind resistance. The side panels in the body are Polartec Power Stretch with a Hardface technology for durability and weather resistance. These panels provide this jacket with exceptional breathability and mobility, but if it gets really cold or you slow down it will be these areas where you will feel the cold first. The jacket is held secure by the Vislon zip, which has an insulated wind flap running behind it. Arc'teryx have used Coreloft insulation, a lightweight synthetic insulation that is very compressible and light but expands very quickly when unpacked. Coreloft is made up of thicker fibres than other leading insulation brands, which means they will not penetrate the outer fabric.
