Using Regatta's Hydrafort fabric with taped seams, it protects from the wind and rain and has an adjustable hood that can be zipped away during dry spells. It has a soft mesh lining is for next-to skin comfort and the hem is finished with shockcord fastening so you can 'slim' the fit during bad weather spells. The two zipped pockets come in handy for keys, phones (and dog biscuits).
