The Kettler Skylon 3 ensures smooth and quiet operation thanks to the impressive 20kg (44lbs) flywheel and has a motor-adjustable magnetic-brake system. The machine offers 15 levels of computer controlled resistance to let you adjust intensity of each workout and is fitted with a back-lit LCD training computer with the HeartRateLight which changes the console colour in accordance with your heart rate. The console provides feedback on 9 workout functions, while an integrated Polar receiver with an optional chest strap enable you to measure your heart rate. The Skylon 3 has a selection of 10 training programmes to keep you challenged and motivated.
