The Marcy SM600 Smith Machine gives you the freedom to train in complete safety on your own at home. The integrated smith press can be rotated back and locked into place at anytime if you can't squeeze the extra rep. 14 gauge solid steel means the rack can hold up to 140kg, and the adjustable bench can comfortably hold 21 stone users. Smith machine press arm offers a safe way to train alone, with ultra-glide bushings for frictionless movement and 140kg / 308lbs load capacity. Removable weight bench can adjust from upright, incline, flat and decline angles. Can be used in conjunction with the rack or with dumbbells. Heavy duty 14 gauge solid steel provides a robust feel, a 7 degree slant on the rack aligns with the body's natural movements.
