Opti 35kg Cast Bar and Dumbbell Set

Take your home weight training to the next level and build your muscles with this Opti 35kg barbell and dumbbell set. With 16 weight discs you can vary how much you want to lift building up by just 0.5kg at a time to help you build optimum strength and body conditioning. The set includes 16 discs with X4 0.5kg, X8 1.25kg, X2 2.5kg, and X2 5kg. The diameter of the bars is 1 inch, which will fit with standard 1 inch weight plates. The weights will come in two heavy cardboard boxes with plastic strapping to help carry, the bar comes in a plastic bag. The bars are made of steel and the handle part uses PVC for a better grip, the discs and spin lock are made of cast iron. The maximum weight that can be added onto each dumbbell bar at one time is 35kg , the maximum weight is 100 kg. Total weight 35kg.
