Flexible heat Thanks to the intuitive control panel, you can select the cooking zones and set the power level to one of the 17 heat settings at the slide of a finger. Three regular, circular zones are supplemented by a fourth, flexible cooking zone measuring 40 x 20cm. All or only half the cooking zone can be used, so accommodating very large or long pans, as well as regular, circular ones. Fast and efficient Ultra-efficient induction works by creating a magnetic field between the hob and steel or iron pan.
