Made in Germany, the Kettler GOLF P Eco exercise bike is fitted with a backlit LCD console which changes colour to red when maximum heart rate is exceeded. Your pulse rate can be measured via adjustable hand sensors or ear clip. It’s self generated, so there's no need for mains power, making it easier to move it around the room. The Golf P Eco features 10 exercise programs and a heart-rate light system. This innovative system allows you to quickly and easily see whether you're exercising at the right level. What the 3 colours mean: Blue = Not working hard enough Green = Ideal training zone Red = Working too hard The handlebars with 3D-flex shape and saddle are adjustable to give you a custom fit. Other handy features include new gravity pedals with straps, large transport castors at the front and perspiration-resistant keys.
